The Pre Contract Check

This allows us to spot weaknesses ad make sure your IT systems are robust. We also document the system using special software so that we understand the information technology that you are using and all the detail we need to respond in a timely way when you need us.

ProActive Monitoring

Servers are checked daily and set up to report immediately any symptom that may be an indication of potential problems ahead. Sadly, it is not possible to solve every problem this way but the many issues can be "nipped in the bud" often without any intervention on your part - leading to a smoother running IT system with an improvement to performance and uptime.

Boldfield Remote View

If you and your users need fast support then our remote IT support kicks in - we take remote control of the users desktop to help them with their problem and get them back to work as quickly as possible.

Boldfield On-Site

There are some issues that need our technical staff on your premises - our contracts bundle in a number of 'on site hours' so that we can come to you promptly.

Service Level Agreements

The various aspects of the contract are covered by Service Level Agreements so that you know what you are going to get and in what timescale.
