Remote Assistance - Providing you have a working Broadband Internet connection, after a couple of mouse clicks an engineer can log into your PC and control it to diagnose and fix many software or configuration problems.
Workshop Repair - If you believe your computer problem can not be repaired remotely, then bring your machine to our offices. One of our professional staff can have a look at your sickly computer and repair - most times on the same day basis!
Upgrades - We will gladly upgrade your computer with extra memory, prehaps a new graphics card or maybe a bigger hard-drive. Whatever your wish then one of our staff can help you.
Onsite / Homesite Visit - If you can not make it to our offices or wish to have a home/site visit. Then one of our IT Field Technicians will come out to you at home or work and fix your PC, laptop or Server. All for a set price PER HOUR, none of this call out fee marlarky!
New Sales - Is your electronic friend getting on abit? coughing and splutting? then it may be time to retire your old PC for a brand new Boldfield PC or laptop for a fantastic price!!!
