Proactive Support – Many issues can be nipped in the bud with our comprehensive monitoring system
Support Desk - Our helpdesk is manned only by top notch technical staff. So when a client calls they are guaranteed to get the support & service required. From here we can provide phone & remote access support, to get the issue/question resolved / answered as quickly as possible.
On Site Cover - Despite our efforts to maintain uptime and to address issues remotely there are times when we will be required to attend site. Our on-site support is prompt and within agreed service levels.
Third Party Liaison - We will liaise with pre-defined third parties on your behalf – for example to use unexpired warranties, pursue broadband issues, third party software & databases to get the issues resolved.
